RES Consulting NYC uses a 4 phase approach for design consulting. The model below outlines our approach to effectively identifying the key issues, designing system components, and delivering the right solutions:
- Identify – RES Consulting NYC will prepare a recommendation report that will help you identify what you are trying to achieve. This report will summarize our findings and address your essential goals. During this phase we analyze and assess your Project. We gather this information with tools developed from the site survey in addition to on-site visits and Client Meetings.
- Design – RES Consulting NYC will work closely with your organization in the design phase with special focus on improvement areas, analyzing the issues, developing solutions and plans for each needed improvement area.
- Improve – RES Consulting NYC will train, explain and communicate our recommendations in this phase with the flexibility to adjust when conditions or your needs change.
- Review – RES Consulting NYC will see that all goals of the Project are accomplished.
